Chicco Swinging Bear: Product Recall

Chicco would like to notify all par­ents that exten­sive use of the Swing­ing Bear could, in some cases, cause the inter­nal mech­a­nism to break, which could pos­si­bly lead to some small parts break­ing off inside. Chicco has received no reports so far of such inci­dents related to the use of this product.

How­ever, in line with its pol­icy to con­stantly guar­an­tee safety to chil­dren Chicco are vol­un­tar­ily recall­ing the prod­uct as a pre­cau­tion­ary measure.

Chicco asks all par­ents to stop using the prod­uct in ques­tion and return it, to the store it was pur­chased from, for a refund. If you require fur­ther infor­ma­tion please con­tact Chicco Cus­tomer Ser­vices, on 01623 750870.
