i have a cybex onyx purple. i have had it a few months, im not haveing the problem listed above, however my child and anyone who pushes it gets static shocks every now and again from contact with metal frame or the metal pins in the white handles and its enough to make my daughter cry, is any one else have this problem?

No response from Cybex in Germany which says very little for their customer service. Can you tell me who you bought your Onyx Cybex from and I will see if I can progress this for you.

Hi, i have a Cybex Onyx bought in September 09 in the UK. Does anyone know if I should stop using it?
