Heinz is recall­ing an iso­lated batch of Heinz Fruity Cus­tard, Fruit Med­ley baby food in 4 x 100g pots because of the poten­tial pres­ence of small pieces of plas­tic from the inside of the pot which could present a chok­ing risk. The batch code affected is 9307 with a best before end date of 03/11/10.

This recall only affects Fruity Cus­tard, Fruit Med­ley pots with the above batch and date code. No other Heinz Fruity Cus­tard pots or Heinz Baby Food vari­eties are affected.
