Before moving to Oxford recently, she has lived in London, Vancouver, Madrid, California and Paris where she studied English and American Literature. She worked in publishing as a literary agent for almost ten years. In 2011, she trained to be a yoga teacher in Canada. Now, she practices a bit of yoga with her baby boy and would love to train for kid’s yoga teaching eventually.
She has been cooking for as long as she can remember and finds that the heart of a home is the kitchen and the dining table. She is a very mindful foodie; she chooses her ingredients carefully and tries to cook tasty yet healthy food. Perhaps because she has lived in so many different places her culinary influences are multicultural. She shares her food explorations on L’Artichaut.
Apart from food, she likes writing about yoga, pregnancy, motherhood, well-being, mindfulness and books.
