Strawberry and Orange Soya Milkshake

Strawberry and Orange Soya Milkshake


  • 4 tablespoons strawberry crush
  • 1 orange
  • 4 cups chilled soya milk
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 6 tablespoons orange squash
  • 2 cups crushed ice


  1. Peel and remove pith from orange segments. Peel off the white membrane and separate the flakes. Place in the refrigerator to chill for ten minutes.
  2. Place the strawberry crush, soya milk, sugar, vanilla ice cream and orange squash in a blender and blend till smooth.
  3. Place the crushed ice in four glasses. Pour the strawberry-soya shake over the ice.
  4. Top with the orange flakes and serve immediately.
