Homemade purple coleslaw

This is a quick and easy salad that brings joy to barbecues.

Purple coleslaw

Serves 6 people
Preparation: 20 minutes

  • 4 carrots
  • 1/2 red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 red onion
  • Mayonnaise


  1. In a big dish, grate the carrots, cabbage and red onion with a processor or with a manual grater.
  2. Add your homemade mayonnaise and the caraway seeds.
  3. Leave to cool down in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
