i have a cybex onyx purple. i have had it a few months, im not haveing the problem listed above, however my child and anyone who pushes it gets static shocks every now and again from contact with metal frame or the metal pins in the white handles and its enough to make my daughter cry, is any one else have this problem?

No response from Cybex in Germany which says very little for their customer service. Can you tell me who you bought your Onyx Cybex from and I will see if I can progress this for you.

Cybex have not returned my enquiry regards the Callisto. However, I have checked the recall alert and it appears to be only the Cybex Ruby, Onxy and Topaz that are affected. No other recalls on other strollers / buggies have been issued. Hope that helps. Mindful Mum
