We are aware of an issue with bolts supplied with a number of Mothercare Swinging Cribs and Gliding Cribs. The affected products were produced at various times between September 2010 and May 2011. Batch codes affected are dated between 01-09-10 and 31-05-11. See table below for further details.
1) Check the batch date on the base of the crib (see image below)
2) If the crib is among the affected batches, stop using the crib immediately and make alternative safe sleeping arrangements for your baby
3) Contact Mothercare with your details and crib description (details on the label) to receive your replacement bolts.
