Baby sleeping bags

Beautiful sleepwear to ensure you and your baby has a great nights sleep.

Sleeping bags for babies are a growing trend for parents when choosing bedding for their new arrival. Cotton sheets and blankets are a great option for bedding because you can add and remove layers when necessary to keep baby at the optimum temperature but that’s assuming baby doesn’t wriggle about. If a little one wriggles under blankets during the night and kicks them off, he’ll be too cold to sleep and will waken throughout the night.

To ensure your little one sleeps as snug as a bug, make sure you have a baby sleeping bag at the top of your shopping list.

Things to remember:

  • Use a sleeping bag that’s the right tog for the season
  • If it’s a colder night, you might want to lay a blanket over the sleeping bag but never use a duvet or quilt as it will make baby far too hot
  • Don’t buy a sleeping bag with a hood and make sure it fits properly around the neck to stop baby slipping inside

The best thing about sleeping bags:

  • Baby will remain at the same temperature all night without being able to kick off blankets
  • Little wrigglers and adventure seekers won’t be able to climb out of the cot
  • They are incredibly cute!
