Every woman should own shapewear in of some variety. Celebrities, such as fellow mothers Jennifer Lopez, Gwyneth Paltrow and Jessica Alba, have been spotted in shapewear as well as the likes of the curvy Kim Kardashian and petite Eva Longoria. This just goes to show that no matter what shape or size you are, mother or not, we can all do with a little helping hand when it comes to looking fabulous.

Shapewear (such as Spanx) now come in many different forms to help combat our problem areas. Whether you are in need of some tummy taming, thigh trimming or butt boosting, there is something for everyone. There is even a solution to banish back fat.
