Mothercare is recalling the Mothercare Flyte Travel System because a warning label on the inside of the car seat is missing. Although over 120 people have notified Bugaboo Bee of brake failure in the United States, no injuries have been reported. Bugaboo Bee are solving the issue by making brake brackets available in a product ‘recall to repair’.
To receive the bracket set at home free of charge complete the bugaboo brake bracket form. To claim your breaks you will need your bugaboo bee; date of purchase, serial number and name of retailer.
When you receive your brackets you will receive instructions on how to assemble or install the brackets on to your brakes. You can also see an image on how the brackets fit on the bugaboo bee brakes.
